Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse at Monarch Healthcare, your days will be varied and will include:
- The formulation of person-centred care plans – Reviewing and updating of care plans to reflect client need, ensuring Care Plans are completed and maintained in consultation with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and Company policies.

As a Maintenance Worker at Monarch Healthcare, you will complete day to day maintenance on the fabric of the building, its services, and grounds to ensure the care home is maintained in a safe and efficient functional order. In addition, responsibilities can include:
- Carry out repairs and decoration to the home as required and ensure the maintenance of the care homes exterior
- Report any known defects in appliances, furniture, equipment, and other potential hazards to the Manager, and action as needed
- Monitor the fire panel daily, reporting any faults showing whilst testing the fire system on a weekly basis, recording in the fire log
- Ensure all fire exits remain tidy and free from clutter, and complete visual checks of all fire safety equipment, as specified in the company policies and procedures
- Liaise with and support visiting contractors and deliveries
- Keep ventilation units and lights clean and well-maintained, and test appliances and equipment as needed.
- Test and record water temperatures on a weekly basis
- Store products correctly and in line with regulations
- Maintain records of all required daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly checks
- Undertake training to support you and enable you to complete the required testing and checks
