Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead to join our dedicated team at Autumn Grange Nursing Home in Creswell, S80. At Autumn Grange, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia.

Clinical Lead position details:

• Hours: 33 hours per week
• Shift Times: 06:45-19:00 including some weekends, bank holidays and on call hours 1 in 3 weeks.
• Location: Linden Road, Creswell, S80 (Please consider travel times, including on weekends, before applying)
• Rate of pay: £22-23 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications

We are looking for Registered Nurse with strong leadership qualities, experience of identifying and establishing good systems of clinical practice, and the ability to oversee and monitor nursing and treatment areas. We will look to you to provide clinical leadership to the staff team, maintaining effective communication with all staff and Healthcare professionals. Further responsibilities can include but are not limited to, administration of medication, monitoring of resident well-being, clinical governance, supervisions, IPC, care planning and audits.
