Monarch Healthcare Annual Awards 2024

At Monarch Healthcare, we hold an annual awards evening to celebrate our teams and thank them for their hard work and dedication. It’s a time where all our teams from the care and nursing homes within the group come together, eat delicious food, celebrate with each other and dance throughout the night.

This year’s theme was a night at the movies which saw people dress up as Grease, Mario and Luigi, Audrey Hepburn, Cruella Deville, Harry Potter and more.

The awards categories for 2024 were:

• Most Supportive Colleague Award – a colleague who supports, motivates, uplifts and inspires you (Staff nominated)

• Hospitality Award – A staff member who has shown outstanding contribution to the quality of service delivered to our residents.

• Most consistent person-centred person Award – a member of our team who has adopted the ethos of person-centred care in everything they do, putting the resident at the heart of their approach always.

• Best Newcomer – A staff member who has joined our team in the last year and really hit the ground running and has gone above and beyond what is expected of them.

• Outstanding Contribution to Monarch Healthcare – an individual who has been influential and has significantly contributed to making a visible difference within Monarch Healthcare.

• Home of the Year 2023
