our care homes
Training Professionals

The development of all our staff is paramount to the success of the Monarch Healthcare organisation.

Training and development for all staff working in care homes is not only compulsory to meet regulatory standards, it is essential to ongoing improvement of the industry as a whole.

We have a responsibility to the people we care for now and in the future to remain up to date in our knowledge and skills and to transfer that information to all who work for us.

To achieve this we run extensive training programmes for all staff.  It is important people recognise 'care' as a career choice and value the opportunities working in care homes can provide.

We work closely with experts from local authorities, the NHS and independent healthcare providers to secure better understanding of the changing needs of older people and the illnesses and ailments that affect us as we grow older.

Our extensive training ensures all staff have the tools to work safely and are encouraged to continue their own personal learning programmes and achieve to their ability.

We work with a number of recognised training providers, including First Response, NAPPI, Derby and Nottingham Colleges, CEG and Boots, to name a few; as well as nurturing our own in-house trainers.
