At Croft Care Home, we’re looking for a caring, compassionate individual to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant.
Croft Care Home, based in Stapenhill, Burton-on-Trent, provides care and support for older adults, including people living with dementia. If you genuinely care about people and want a rewarding opportunity within a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives by:

• Providing person-centred care tailored to individual needs
• Supporting with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Working as part of a supportive and dedicated team

Position Details

• One full time position is available
• Hours: 39 hours per week
• Shift times: 07:30 – 21:30
• Working pattern: rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays
• Location: Burton-on-Trent, DE15 (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)
