Care Assistant opportunities (Days)

We’re looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our supportive teams as Care Assistants.

We have Residential and Nursing Care Homes across the Burton-on-Trent area, providing high-quality care and nursing support for older adults, including people living with dementia. If you’re passionate about helping others and are looking for a rewarding role within a friendly and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

We operate a small number of Residential and Nursing Care Homes, each offering a welcoming environment and a commitment to person-centred care. What you’ll be doing

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives by:

• Providing person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences
• Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility
• Providing support during mealtimes
• Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ health, wellbeing, or behaviour
• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and overall wellbeing
• Working collaboratively as part of a caring, supportive, and dedicated team

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent positions available
• Working pattern: rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays
• Location: Burton-on-Trent (Please consider your travel arrangements, including weekends, before applying.)
• We are unable to offer visa sponsorship
